Bacara Resort Fitness Classes & Training
A full schedule of complimentary fitness classes and walks are offered on a daily basis at Bacara.
Classes can include:
Strength training
Cardio training
Yoga
Pilates
Beachside boot camp
Nature walks
Meditation
In addition to the complimentary fitness classes, personal training and individual Pilates and yoga sessions can also be arranged. The fully equipped Pilates studio offers guests the chance to tone and strengthen using the Cadillac, Chair and Barrel equipment via a private Pilates lesson. Semi-private Pilates sessions for two or more people can also be arranged.
Training & Transformation
Those who are looking to make a complete health overhaul can take advantage Bacara’s Destination Transformation program. Health and fitness experts known as Bacara’s Wellness Choreographers will evaluate your current fitness and nutrition plans and then design a personalized program to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Customized plans often include specific suggestions for cardio and strength training, as well as nutrition and spa recommendations.
Additionally, the standard personal training sessions guests can arrange with Bacara’s trained fitness professionals not only gives them a great workout, but also equips them with a new custom fitness routine to take home.
